Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Still waiting on support after 3 days

Support has been slow as all hell lately and CIE would've had my account back to me in 2 days tops but I'm supposed to wait 5-10 days really? @[RR] Ryyst new account couldn't get other one confirmed

    We're dealing with a company that cheaps out of hiring people. If they had enough people, the delays would be far less.

    We're the same people. Cie also did have long waits. We have experienced a higher volume than normal so it's unfortunately going to take a little longer. Our reps work round the clock, but have to answer the tickets before yours first.

    It should not take this long to get my account back don't you think that's more important then somebody crying about losing their car in pinks? Or someone saying that they got "hacked" just to get a free car or someone complaining about a crate not giving them what they wanted? Honestly I'm getting sick of waiting if I don't get some sort of payment after I receive my account SOON you'll lose a "valued customer" as you guys *horseshoes and fluffy clouds* to put my message into "priority" even though it's clearly not priority this is ridiculous Ryyst you guys have one more day to get me my account or it will not be pretty thank you @[RR] Ryyst

    I'm sure there are plenty of people who think they are more important that you. This is why there is a queue. You put in your ticket, like everyone else, you wait like everyone else. Seems fair, no? Who is to judge which account issue is more important than another? If Player A spent 1 dollar more than you, should he be put in front of you even if he just put in his ticket and you put yours in 5 minutes earlier?
    I'm sorry, but we value all our customers, which is why it's only fair to everyone that they wait their turn in the Customer Service queue.

    Honestly, our customer support team works hard to go through every ticket and address it the best they can with the tools and limitations they have. They go as quickly as they can, but sometimes they get flooded, so it takes longer to get through them.
