Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Lost account lost since Update

Hi guys I have lost my account since the update 6.0.2 have also made a ticket and it was always on edit. Since now is no longer there. Do I now make a new one or what.

My current game Name RR NSX
But now wants to have my old account. D1MA84 was my ign.

    @Dima84 No, don't make a new ticket, as that will reset your place in the queue. This has happened to me personally before. What I had to do - was when I made the new racer, I synced it with Facebook. Once the ticket was gone / missing, I had to simply keep downloading / reinstalling the game, and when prompted during the first loading sequence, logging in via Facebook. Once customer service got to and processed my request, the proper account loaded. Unfortunately, being that the ticket was gone, I had no way of knowing when, exactly, my ticket was processed. So, only thing you can do is keep trying. I'd recommend twice a day - once in the morning, and once in the afternoon.

    Unfortunately, I don't know how long the wait time is right now. I know when other updates have launched, CS was bombarded and turn time on tickets was 7 to 10 working business days. With this latest update (6.0, not the one that released yesterday), I'd imagine the turn time is about the same. I currently have a ticket I submitted last week - the same day the Honda crates first appeared - that I'm still waiting on a response on. All I can say in that regard is be patient...it'll take them a bit, but they WILL get to your ticket. I know waiting sucks, but unfortunately there is no alternative.
