Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Is there going to be a track where people can test drive? (Even crate cars)

The reason I bring this up is because a "friend" was like bro you got the new focus re-rs, dude I wanted that car so bad! Please let me test drive it a couple of times, you can wait in the track. I was like I just got but if you wanna test drive it around sure man!
He promptly changed his IGN (six seven zero) it looks like 2 spaces before the "zero". After he saw that I joined in the room with him he left and had "connection" issues and he signed in a couple of times, but the last time he "got disconnected" was when he changed it....
Can you guys make something like if you want to change your name pay 200 gems and it will take affect in 6 hours?
Or perhaps implement something that we can find what name they changed it too?
It's too easy to do that. Esp now 200 gems is 2 days of racing showdown. In fact to change your name should cost 1500 gems. let them think if it's worth it to change names. Also, perhaps they should provide a reason (to you glu) to why the name change is needed. (This will automatically allow more time for use to track them) That would prevent scammers just running off and changing their name, never to be found again.
This game makes me want to become an as whole to everyone. I'm a chill dude man. I don't play funny shitt ever, but apparently glu doesn't care. I'm about to join them. Because I'm sick of this.
You guys don't want us to trust anyone and be a complete dick in the game, which is what I'm going to be now. This game is a little bit on the sin side with the gambling and the cheaters.
I love this game. But I'm about to quit if this non sense continues. something needs to be done, as there's a lot of legitimate people out there, but the simple fact that's it's just too easy to get away with it, it's never going to change. And therefore NO one can be trusted. I know it's a side effect of this game. But something needs to be corrected.
