Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.
I need help, problem starting app
App starts up and shows car in background.
No name no cash, nothing that normally goes on top.
Top says sale ends in 2d 23h 5m and has 3 options top press. All 3 options say 280. And you can only click on all 3 of 280 option. Nothing else. If u press the 280 button it says can't sell your only car 8,250

Have you tried removing the game from your device, redownloading it from either Google Play or the App Store (depending on which type of device you use), and re-launching it?
If not, please give that a try, and then report if you were / are able to play the game.

All you'd have to do - delete and reinstall, and start a new account. Once you get through the tutorial and are able to access menus - sync that account via whichever method you can (again, FB, Google, etc). Once synced, then, click on the "?" to bring up the help menu. In there, tap the link on the top right that says "contact us".
That will open up a new conversation window. In that window, clearly explain that you had a racer account that you've lost access to, and that you'd like that access restored. Be sure to list your new racer name, and the email used to sync that account. Then, list the old account that you would like access restored to. Once that's all typed out, tap "send".
Then, all you have to do is wait a few days for customer service to handle the ticket. They will switch things on their end, and you'll have access to your old, aka original account restored.
