Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

The game takes excessive time to load.
When free racing it has no issues. When cash racing or pinking the server drops the signal from device and "dnf" a loss to my account or as soon as i cross the finish line it closes the entire app back to ky devices home screen. This issue just developed over the last 3 weeks. Ive never had any complications in the 2 years before that.

Issue: Game won't load up. Crashes into an error message about unfortunately having stopped working
Frequency of occurence: Everytime I try and open the game
It's been 6 days now for me, ever since I was forced to update to 6.1.1 RR. I've missed a few showdowns, past weekend's turf and whatever else. Have been an everyday player, which will probably completely stop if a fix isn't due soon.
Some friendly advice:
If you FORCE people to update and a problem occurs afterwards, the people afflicted should be your biggest priority. Not the usual moneymaking sales and whatnot. Not the compensation related issues of the turf's focus rs-re. Not the compensation related issues of the top 100 teams 500 gems. No. The people that have been FORCED to stop playing your game, whether they want to or not. That's customer service.
The advice above is the primary reason for me even making an account here and to post. I assumed 6 days alongside many many reports of the issue would've sufficed, but apparently not.
