Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Well.. since you can't get the post-update issue solved.. why not allow players to downgrade and allow them to play without the update until you can fix the problem?

    Unfeasible. Old 5.3 graphix won't run on their new Unity software..

    what's the difference in graphics between 6.1 and 6.1.1/2?

    There isn't a difference. 6.1.1 was released to fix the crashing of the game on android devices. No major graphics changes have occurred since 6.0. There was an idea conveyed that the graphics were going to be fixed - IE rims corrected, matte paints addressed and made look right again (instead of the glossy look they have now), etc....and then it was announced that Glu was turning the game over to Carbonated...and with that, I think the "visual" aspect of the game has taken a backseat for the time being. I'm sure those items will be addressed...but as for when...well....

    I never said anything about graphix in 6.1 or 6.1.1. my game has been screwed since 6.0. I haven't been able to race in my phone since 6.0 came out..you asked about allowing players to down grade and still play.. well the only graphix down grade would be to 5.3. and I said 5.3 won't run on the new Unity software..

    So what does graphics have to do with downgrading? I basically meant to downgrade to 6.1 since 6.1.1 was the update giving everyone problems

    No 6.0 is the upgrade that basically screwed everyone not on an iPhone 7 or galaxy 7s.. game hasn't run right on anything beside those latest and greatest phones since the 6.0(Unity software) uograde

    my timeline for this game is start: nitto, stop: bmw m2le, start:6.0 stop:6.1.1.. and ye 6.0 wasnt as good as when i stopped cuz when i restarted i was like wtf.. but still i never had any problems except with ratings not changing after upgrades or downgrades

    In the videos where you earn cash and gems why don't they do blueprints as well.
