Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Eclipse gst should be same horse power as evolution it's same engine

    If you didnt know the 4g63 in the Eclipse (dsm) and the 4g63 Evo IIV in the game are slightly different and have way different amounts of HP. Where as the Dsm 4g63 had the 14b in the first gen and the t25 in the second gen. Much smaller turbo then the 16g in the Evo IIV and up. So they never had the same hp in real life so why make it the same in the game.

    I understand that..in real life u can still hook it up same as evo same power all it is just turbo difference

    There is alot more differences between the Dsm 4g63 and the Evo 8 4g63 than just turbo. The cams, heads and the fact the engine is mounted different. The dsm engine is on the driver side with trans on passenger and the Evo is engine on passenger side with trans driver. So it is a much different engine all together.

    91 -92 is same as evo after that yes it's different internals and other aspects

    If by 91-92 you mean the Evo and the Dsm of the same years had the same engine then yes. If you mean the 91-92.dsm had the same engine as the Evo IIV that is in game then no. And I assume you mean the in game cars as the only Evos are the IIV and X and neither has the same engine internaly and turbo as the dsm. So saying the 98 Gst in game should have the same HP as the Evo IIV because it is the "same" engine is not correct as they are not the same engine.
