Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Person wants to give his cars away

Superoil439 is going around saying he is leaving the game and asks if you want his cars. Says he does not want to play anymore.
Asks you to race him and he will lose by default.
So I trusted him, used my worse car, and he did not lose by default. He beat me.

What a crappy way of getting a persons car. I am new to this game, so maybe this is done all the time?
Anyway, beware of him, he is not getting out of the game...lol Just a way of getting your car.

Oldest trick in the book. I've won so many cars from people doing that to me I always bring a faster unsuspecting car to beat them. They always get mad when I say. Thanks. Got any more free cars..... lol.

Yup unfortunately this is the oldest scam in the game. And these losers prey on noobs. Whenever I see someone doing this, I always get a maxxed R class and join the room to call their bluff. Miraculously all of a sudden these guys change their minds and disappear from the room. Scumbags.

I remember screwing around with one of these guys.... I saw them doing it in a lobby then I just added them as a friend. Just the fact that I was Level 120 and asked for a car made him block me. Lol don't trust these idiots.

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP, scamming for a newb car, only deterring new people from enjoying the game, especially if that account is linked to gamecenter, then they are screwed by starting a new account with the possibility of losing whatever they have to a gamecenter link up. I ENCOURAGE ALL BOUNTY HUNTERS AND LEGIT PLAYERS TO STOP BY THESE LOWER LOBBIES, CALL THEM OUT, PUT THEM IN THEIR PLACE. Seriously a R class in a 1605 lobby... something is up, wtf are you scamming for civics anyways.... JUST STUPID
