Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.
Idc if this was done on purpose, CHANGE IT. YOU GUYS RUINED THE GAME BY DOING THIS. I'm sure it makes some people think you guy's are on the hackers side. STOP MAKING THE GAME EASIER FOR THE HACKERS AND LOSERS THAT GO INTO LOW RANKED LOBBIES WITH HIGH RANKED CARS. Please fix it, or I'm quitting and I'm sure thousands of others will too.

It is going to be a lot harder to report hackers if we cannot see their cars rank. The only way a hacker is going to show his face is if he is racing for big money or racing for pinks. I dont know about the rest of everyone on here but for me I'm just not going to do that. And because of that we will never know who the true hackers are anymore. I see what you guys were trying to do and I respect that. I also remember people saying (before the forum went down for fix) that they wanted it to be like this, my thought was exactly this. That you will not be able to know if a scammer or a hacker comes into the room until its too late. Yes, before there weren't much hackers, but now that there is this part of the update is kind of irrelevant and actually puts a hinder on a legit racer just trying to earn a honest buck. lol. Again I see where you guys are coming from but in the time of now I would have to agree with everyone else that it was not the best choice.
Ok i can understand your philosophy with regards to this matter (it was very easy to ''read'' one's cars), but I'm sure you can find a way to give at least a rough idea about a car's potential... (doesn't have to point exactly at a car's potential but can be left rough in a decade... For example with the old system you had a car 1663. With the new system you could place a rating 166 which means that the car is between 1660 and 1669). It would be very helpful for everyone I think.
Otherwise the hackers will make a big party and the adrenaline of the game will be lost since no one will be betting PINKS or high stakes anymore...
Even before i challenged for PINKS with similar car rankings and only 1 out of 20 accepted... Imagine the rate now...
Thanks for considering my opinion
