Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Race room questions

There are 2 diff kinds of Subaru in the game, the sedan (class B) and the coupe (class c). I had a sedan that I just recently lost due to bad connection. My 2 questions are: if I buy a the class c coupe will I be placed in the same race room that I was in when I had the class B sedan? Are there diff race rooms according to how fast your car is/ class if car you own? The reason why I am wondering is bc I was winning a lot w a pretty fast sti sedan before I lost it, but I want to buy the sti coupe bc it's lighter. The only concern I have is whether I'll be grouped w diff racer w the class c sti coupe

Ok first of all sorry for UR lost .. to answer UR question correctly R U asking about Turf rooms or regular one .. am assuming here that U R ask about that regular lobbies so here's UR answer .. U should know that rooms rating R NOT based on the category of the car .. It's based on the rating of the car (the 16xx num) .. Now B class Sub maxed rating R higher that the coupe so U might not be thrown into maxed sedan Sub lobbies .. BUT .. Room rating doesn't matter anymore (specially in normal lobbies) .. Coz lots of ppl add new joiners or weaker players so they can get back to the same lobbies with their maxed cars (and it could be any class) so watch it and choose UR opponent carefully ..

The 16xx he is referring to is what the car is rated, for example the subie c class maxed out is 1656 and I believe the b class maxes at the same rating. However I can hit better times with the c class.
