Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.
However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

so yesterday I started experiencing the bug that a lot of people are getting where it becomes impossible to gain xp or money earned in any way besides betting. At first I thought I was the only one getting this issue, so I tried a bunch of things including buying some gems thinking that would magically fix the problem. Well I bought the cheap gem package for $2.08 that happened to be on sale so I was supposed to get like 110 or something? But after I bought them I only got 80, not the amount I was supposed to get with the sale.
But that's not even half the problem. After that happened I decided to try logging into my account on another device to see if it was a bug with my phone or whatever. So I signed in to my google play account on my 2nd device, launched the game, and was then prompted to do the tutorial and stuff again. Oh biscuits I thought, I hope I didn't just lose my account. Logged back onto my original account on my phone and was prompted to complete the tutorial. Sure enough it's like my whole account got erased.
Now I was literally only several hours into the game and it's not a huge deal for me having to start a new account. However I think it would be at least fair to get the gems I paid for back on my new account And if anybody here could assist me with that it would be wonderful.
By the way I'll also add, I just got an update from the play store like 20 minutes ago that says "fixed end of race payout missing" and "fixed campaign payouts' However at least the campaign payouts are still broken. Upon completing a race the game is forced to restart and progress is saved but rewards are not gained.
