Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

So, a polished version of the 1.6 version update. STILL CRASHES ON IPAD. Garage organizer has everything but a REAL organizer. We would like by car make and model NOT CLASS. Thats just stupid. Why go through the trouble of making an organizer with everything but what we were asking for. Graphice are cool. Sound of lights are almost unable to hear. When will you guys ever get it right???????????????????????????????????????????

    Hey just be thankful there's an update brutha . It's better than 1.6 thats for sure! If you complain about it just delete the game ;) the only thing that got me upset was ads

    A reset on my iPad mini helped.. Hasn't crashed since. I'm loving this update

    Still crashing before i hit my garage on the iphone 4s. Maybe its cuz i have close to 500 cars im not sure. Everyone else seems to b working

    Anyone else still have sound sync issues? I'm on an iPad Air, and have been playing with no sound since the update of doom a few months back (or whenever that was). The out-of-sync sound made it too hard for me to launch. I feel like it's maybe a little better in 2.0, but still out of sync for me.. makes launching difficult when the dings and the lights are out of sync. Even navigating around the game feels sloppy, since the sound doesn't sync with the buttons. The new post-race ads are sweet, though.

    Sounds and lights are still out of sync!! My main concern!
