Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Disappointed with my response after waiting 60 days.

About 2+ months ago during a unsupported player trade I lost a 500k bet due to the restart icon popping up after I placed my bet. The other player Mario Reyes lost his bet as well. But, he posted a supposed response saying he got a refund for his 500k lost. I've been patiently waiting the 10-15 days for responses to my emails to only be replied back with generic responses. It's been over 60 days and got the last email saying there is no record of this on my account. Lol. I officially give up, your customer service or lack of is terrible. 60 days and 4 or so email's with generic responses. Keep the 500k. I even private messagedance RRyst and nothing. So either Mario Reyes is a scammer and tooky 505 playing dumb. Or you guys don't give a shhhh about following through with a loyal customer. Just a little disappointed. At this point I don't care about the money. I feel like I need to take a screen shot of every bet in fear it just disappears into thin air.

    Me too bro two SRT 8s ive lost. One to the same icon popping out and another one just recently cause of a DNF. I won and on the results ive lost of DNF.. i got screen shots of that. And still havent had an answer from tech support. What a way to keep customers
