Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

Games Restarted and I lost over 150K money

At around 4:00 pm on December 2nd, I was getting close to earning 800K money. I am saving for a Pagani. Then the game restarted/glitched and when I got back into the game, my account now only has 640K. I lost over 150K and I was NOT in the middle of buying or betting anybody anything.

Is this normal? Or can anything be done about it? If so, I don't think I will play this game much longer. You know how much time it takes to earn back over 150K just to get back even?! My account name is LoneStar1776a

    You are out of luck! This has happened to me several times and CIE takes no responsibility for it, it's in the policy. Swallow up your pride and don't go lengthy periods of time without restarting the app.

    Thanks but if that is indeed the case there is no pride swallowing here. Way too much time wasted on bad development and I don't even know what "restarting the app" even means. See yall later alligators, was nice while it lasted. I should spend my time reading books rather than playing a buggy game anyways.

    We look at the server logs. So far I think I have only seen 1 instance where we couldn't explain a decrease (and it was likely due to a hole in what is customer service looks at for logs) every other case I have looked at I show the correct amounts increasing and decreasing but if there is an error I want to make sure we know about it and get it fixed as soon as possible.
