Over the course of the last five years, Racing Rivals has grown into one of the most hardcore racing games in the world. This loyal community has spent countless hours competing in millions of races in “winner take all” fashion – all in the name of Turf Wars and pink slips.

However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.

On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.

In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

WTF HAPPENED TO TURF RATINGS??

I can't seem to even get close this turf! I am in a 1650 frs I have run for monthes this turf it puts me in lobbies with 1656 frs spec! Every lobby I go into seems to be one up as I lose by 1.3 seconds. I am sorry but this garbage is getting old. Enough is enough I'm done with turf and all your lame game play. Don't really know what this game holds for me at this point I just want my money back and the time I have wasted caring about this game. Disappointed beyond belief with how you have takin something so fun and turned it into a mediocore joke.

    I think they change the ratings tiers every turf so it's fresh..... That would explain why your previously good turf car isn't so good now because they changed up the ratings intervals

    Nah. Boss is right. Ive had a helll of a time tryning to tune my car fir this turf. Tune it to 1645. 4 and race a bit get kicked off and when i reload my rating is 1648. Wth. I didnt change anything on my car but it just changed. How in the word can we tune a car for a specific lobby and your rating changes when you change nothing Frustrating!!

    Happened to loads of my cars too, had to drop most of them just to get into lobbies I was previously in and other cars just sitting in the garage have gone up, its a right pain, especially when you have a good tune for certain lobbies

    The ratings are way off, 1645 cars are now 1647, some 1640 are now 1638..... any modifications you have to close app to get the true rating (hopefully).

    Idk I just feel like no matter how I tune, I fall into a lobby where I can't possibly win at all.... Perfect launch shift and boost and still get beat by .5 seconds and crap like that

    same with me. had problems tuning into low 50 with FRS , so i just detuned all the way down to 48.

    Yea I have been having the same issues. My frs tune gets to 1650. Drop the cam gear to stock and car drops to 1648 and runs 10.3 at best. Just tired of all this BS. Don't enjoy the game anymore. More of a hassle than it's worth. Update was like putting lipstick on a pig. I still spend half my time reloading the game. Still freezes lags and kicks you out. It just not fun anymore.

    I agree with the above. Lipstick on a Pig, good description...the thing is cie doesn't care. If they did this would have been resolved long ago, but the only thing that changed is the color of the lipstick.

    Well now they have added pop ups for drug companies that you can't close and have to reload the game to get rid of. Where is my gems or cash for those. U reward for videos but what about pop ups that won't close??? That is where the real effort went with regards to the update. How can we make more cash with a lame race horse? Pop ups that's how next thing u know they will pop up in a race lmao!
