However, all good things must come to an end… After spending time evaluating Rivals and its future – we’ve decided that it’s time to move on. Simply put, the revenue generated from Racing Rivals unfortunately no longer covers the cost of operations. This was not an easy decision to make.
On March 31st, 2019 – Rivals will be racing off into the sunset, and will be permanently shut down. Current players have until this date to utilize any accumulated virtual currency. We’ll be offering some massive reductions in the cost of crates, installs and repairs in addition to a reduction on timers as you race your way into the history books. Effective immediately, no new in-app purchases will be permitted.
In closing, a resounding and sincere THANK YOU to our extremely driven fans for your loyalty and dedication over the years – we hope you’ve enjoyed playing Racing Rivals as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it.

I haven't had any issues on galaxy s3 but on tab2 after every single race without fail it kicks me back out of app to homescreen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with the same rwsults every time. Does it on turf , multi player and daily challenges. Makes it really hard to get anywhere.

The other issue is the line of cars in the Race Rooms. It just does not slide right. Sometimes when I slide to look for someone to race, it goes right back to the beginning again. This will happen 2 or 3 times before I can see the other cars. if it times out, it always takes you BACK to the first car instead of being where I left off. Not a big deal, just annoying
I can certainly vouch for the now, even worse issue with light timing. I have fouled multiple times in a row on the android version on the first day and got extremely frustrated. I then played the web player tonight and had the same issue 5 races in a row...its ludicrous! I cant believe the update actually accomplished making the game harder to deal with than it already was.
I can't take a screen shot of all the crashing! Ya'll don't have logs? Can't start a running debug log/etc on someone you specify to get more information?? It's doing it all the time randomly. Chatting, looking through garages, while I'm playing before and in the middle of a race, at least 5 times after I won a pink it crashes and couldn't crush during TW. It's awful, no longer fun to play! Hasn't been since 1.6. I even reset my ipad / erased everything like it was fresh out of the box, seemed to be good for like 30 mins then starts acting up again, same thing happens sometimes if I uninstall / reinstall, acts fine for 30mins or so then starts acting up again with all the crashing. Nothing else acts up on the ipad. I sent an email in to customer service about a week ago ( i know the wait is long) I hope I don't get a standard cookie cutter response back or ya'll will lose a paying customer!

I reinstalled and tried to play the game from the beginning since I had a device bound account. And the game still crashes every single game. Have tried since saturday and haven´t even finished class D. I´m about to give up on this game and that´s not something I wanna do either. Since I like it and like the adrenaline rush and the competition in it and I was almost planning on paying for gems. Since I could play this game together with my friend who showed me it. Will provide a screenshot of the gamebreaking problem.
Another problem I have with my mobile is that the videos for reparing is only making the game restart and nothing else happens. So I haven´t been able to watch on those videos since before this patch. I also did not know about money and gems videos, so haven´t tried those yet.
Would be greatful if you could fix this for my cell. It´s up to date and everything.

The most frequent crashes, no matter if I wait for the video to play and the intro before the race or if I press it away. That´s all that´s happening and the game crashes and I get an error-report.

1. There are a lot of threads on these forums. By posting your issue here, it gives me and the devs a place to find out info about what players are experiencing.
2. You guys can see what others are experiencing and are able to add your info to the issues. The more examples we see, the better it is for us to troubleshoot.
These forums are not Customer Service. If you need assistance with your account, you will need to contact them. Contacting me about your account issue will not get help faster, you will need to go through the system.
IF you do get through the system and if they did not help you (Just FYI, the standard policy regarding car restorations for ANY reason, is that they don't restore cars. They can make exceptions however and often do once or twice depending on the circumstances.) and they probably should have, I MAY be able to help, but I am not a guarantee. If you message me I will try and get back to you, but I do receive many messages a day and sometimes I might not be able to respond in a timely manner, I do have other duties. Also, CS not restoring your car(s)/cash/gems doesn't mean I will. If I feel that CS should have assisted, I might, however I will mostly refer to CS's response.
So what are these forums for? Simple, to discuss Racing Rivals. The Help section is for general help, not account specific help.
This thread is simply to report issues. I will then present these issues to our QA and Devs who will then add it to their list of issues to investigate. Should you expect a resolution right away? No. That's not how it works. I will try and keep you all informed about these issues as best I can, but these things take time.
For now, most of these issues have been reported. Please continue to use this thread post about new issues, or comment on other posts that describe the same issue you are having.
I will delete posts that are not helpful so as to not clutter this thread.

yesterday i restored my iPhone and update it to 7.1.2 just to refresh it i was afraid to start racing rivals but i did and it fix no more errors had once only but it was ok the game running well everything good maybe this will help you guys as it helped me i did clean restore and update from 7.1.1 to 7.1.2
and people who do jailbreak give it a shot u will not lose anything before apple release ios8 it worked for me it might work for you
