I'm having the same problem, checked my wifi, good phone service... I didn't have this issue, as well as many other new issues until this last update. It's very frustrating. I just want to enjoy the game.

I dont know if its a glitch or not.. but mine has been running 9.1 (not maxed) but i've noticed other evos passing me after I reach the 139 mph max... same cars.. how can they pass me when i beat them to the top speed...
