Yeah they are very busy working on fixing bugs. Adding stuff and always updating something fresh! The support team is the one who work with all issues. But in forum admins visit them Monday to Friday on a daily basis. They assist on almost everything, if they miss something then we assist them :)

If someone asks to be banned, I see it that it might be the account got compromised, or someone who has access and want to F* the other one lol It used to happen on Nitto :wink: We used to tell them to stop using the account :)
Vouchers is a tool that many users use, but there are not 100% accurate. I know how you feel, that's why I don't recommend to deal with someone you don't know :(
