In the directions given on the glu support page, while, your forums were down for maintenance, it said not to leave an email. It said to leave the name on the Google Play (Games) account. So, I did not include an email address. I made sure to follow the directions as closely as possible. But the email, if needed is…

I have waited over 14 days. Almost 21 days at this point. Is there anything I could do to help speed things up? How will I know if/ when my account has been changed? I just have a lot of time and money put into that account and I don't want to lose it; I am on a team and wanted to get back to participating in the events.
