Once again, I did all of those things and have the emails and screenshots to prove it. Where do you go from here, when customer support is unresponsive? Maybe they'll award it eventually, who knows, I know I won't spend anymore money or time on the offer boards until this is resolved.
I'm having the same issues, I haven't received an offer reward for 2-weeks. I followed Fyber's customer support instructions, sent them the screenshots they requested and they are competly unresponsive. I spent real $ on those offers and they owe me close to 4,000 gems.
