I have contacted support about this issue in the past, and nothing has changed. I understand that the support personnel are probably very busy, but i'm talking about months now, not days.

none, they join and play a little while and then go dormant or just leave,it's very frustrating as a team leader to have guys on your team that just take up space and don't participate.
