Okay, so the first message said "do you want to delete game data" and had option for okay or cancel. So I guess you go ahead and select ok on that one and then a second message will appear for the Game Center info? I know this is how it works on their sister game Car Town Streets. So that would make sense.

Had the same issue when I tried to log in. Said incorrect password. Tried to request password and said not such account existed. So I created the account again with all the same info. Luckily the username was available again. Although it's like I was never here in the first place.
