I would add to the ticket if they’ve replied, saying it’s an Android game and “here is my ID #”. I think once they have your ID, and your situation they will just go ahead and fix it. Did you send a ticket to Customer Care? Go to settings, (Top left corner of the game) choose Help & Support, then Customer Care. Then choose Chat with Us. (Down at the bottom of the screen ). Good luck. If you still need help after that, send me a dm and I’ll try and get you further help. :)

Facebook back and working on the Androids. Just for fun I’ll check out iOS. Still no on the iOS FB, but I inquired and am waiting to hear back. :)

Thry are still working on Facebook. I haven’t heard anything about them bringing back the big sales. I hope they come back but @eggsandbananas sounded pretty definite that the twice a year 50% off sales are a thing of the past.:( But let’s send out positive energy about Facebook.

If. players moved in to your squad today, they might have automatically been counted for the old squad when the game opened. They can’t be counted in 2 squads the same day. Hi the Android Dolls are back! 1st thing I did, give out 5 Kudos! If you’re taking Roll call, I’m back. I don’t know how many Androids were in Squad, but the fix seems to have worked. Waving hi. I brought donuts!

I written for suggestions and advice regarding lost progress and things, and I’m sure more will be addressed shortly. Right now it just feels good to see our dolls again. :)

There is a new Android build available in the PlayStore, it eliminates the white screen and should take you back to your saved progress. For more info, check the post from EggsandBananas in the General Discussion thread, "If you can't play the game"…

Today was Mr. Kokonut's birthday. Just got back from dinner and wow. My Androids are back. Not connecting to FB, but my games are intact. If you are Androud, go update from the PlayStore. And good luck. See you in the morning. :)
