always assume that the car you are racing against is maxed. Easiest way to get around it. If you aren't maxed or aren't faster than the car you are racing's maxed time, then don't pink.

I have an iPhone 4 and the update improved the stability quite a bit. It still crashes occasionally in chat, but I haven't had it crash during a race yet and it's much less laggy...
