This is ridiculous. Got a new phone, had no choice. Old was destroyed. Re-download the game off Google play, from my apps list, and come to find out all my progress and all is gone!!! It's starting me back at the beginning!!! Hit the customer care contact us button, it's been 11 days and no response. Is there any hope of getting all my progress back? I put waaaaayyyyyyy too much time into this game to just start over from the beginning!!! If I have to start over, then I'll just delete the game. Was a very faithful, devoted, daily player.

    If you had been progressing well then you must be quite proficient at the game. Just think how much fun it will be for you to progress through the lower levels again. Try to have fun, and remember it's just a game.
