Arena pausing/stuttering glitch

since this morning matches in the arena seem to be pausing/glitching between each stage of magic recharge, it will then jump to the start of the next notch of recharge.

you cannot use abilities while this freezing happens meaning matches are often lost as the other player/bot does not seem to be affected by the pause.

the update today does not seem to have fixed the problem.
