Yzma's Experimental Concoction - Level 4 - Healing and damage ticks have been fixed to represent their actual values
Magic Meteor - Values bug has been fixed to allow Critical Strikes at their proper value
Sheriff of Nottingham - Big Bellied Bully - Level 4 - Correctly increases by 10%
Syndrome - Leader Ability - Only applies to Villain Characters (This was our original intended, we just made an oopsie doopsie)
