Unable to speak in global chat?

For two days, I have been unable to speak in the global chat. The club chat works fine. I'm worried that I may have been wrongfully muted? I've never said anything other than a club recruitment message, and only one at a time (I don't spam). So I'm not sure what's up? Please help! Thank you!
