I'm a Disney nut, I have at least 4 or 5 disney games on my phone and I love the look of this one but my location will not allow me to play it, I've tweeted you asking if you have any idea when Europe will get a turn, more specifically Belgium

The game is available world wide.  Unfortunately Belgium has a law forbidding loot box games, so the game probably won’t be officially available for you.  You can spoof your location to have access to the game, however this is not the place to discuss such things.  Google is your friend.
