Account saving

Hi guys,
I'm new here and I'm really sorry if I put this thread on a wrong category.
My question is: how can I change the account? I've been using my phone to play it and now I want to play in on my PC on a phone emulator as my phone screen cracked and it's difficult to see.

iPhone or Android? I run the game on PC using BlueStacks and toggle between that and my Android. As long as I have my Google Play account logged into both it works fine.
