Here's mine for Captain Hook.
I see great potential in Captain Hook especially oceanic characters are needed in Tower 3.
1. Passive: Badform. Instead of granting haste to this character, grants him guaranteed critical strike for one turn.
Lvl 2: Chance to grant random teammate guaranteed critical strike. If the teammate is oceanic, fills 30% speed meter
2. Change Special: Forty-two degrees to Special: Captain's Command. Calls 1-3 random teammates to attack the target opponent. If teammate is oceanic, grants a random helpful buff.
3. Basic: Bladework Lvl 2: If this character is affected by guaranteed critical strike, +20% critical strike bonus damage.

Merlin
Special: Use your Head! Additional: If target is Arthur, fills his speed meter by 30%.
Special: Ready or not! Inflicts polymorph for 1 turn, increase target's cooldowns by 1, and gain helpful effect according to the target opponent's form for one turn.
If polymorphed into fish, fills 20% of speed meter.
If polymorphed into squirrel, gain evasion.
If polymorphed into bird, gain haste.
If Arthur is a teammate, he also gain the helpful effect.
Passive: Brains over Brawn. Spells recharge faster by 10%.
Madam Mim
Basic: Zin Zaberim Bim. Deals damage to target opponent. Deals bonus effect according to this character's form.
Purple Dragon: 50% chance to chain to 1-2 adjacent opponents.
Purple Python: +20% damage to every continuous damage inflicted.
Special: The Purple Dragon. Transforms herself into a purple dragon for two turns. Immediately casts Inferno.
Inferno: Deals damage to all opponents. Deals 10% more damage the higher the opponent's health is.
Special: The Purple Python. Transforms herself into a purple python for two turns. Immediately casts Venomous Vile.
Venomous Vile: Immediately inflicts continuous damage to target opponent and adjacent opponents for 2 turns.
Passive: Enraged. When health falls below 40%, cleanses a random harmful effect, gains offense up for two turns, and immediately fills speed meter.
In addition to The Sword in the Stone characters, I recommend Arthur, the main protagonist, to be released. This character will have a great synergy with Merlin.
Arthur (Offense, Hero, Kingdom)
Skin: Kid Arthur and King Arthur
Basic: Swish of the Sword. Deals damage to target opponent. If target opponent is polymorphed, deals 20% bonus damage and heals himself for 30% of damage dealt. Calls Merlin to assist.
Lvl 2: Deals 10% more damage for each helpful effect on this character.
Special: The King's Order. Calls 1-3 teammates to assist on target opponent.
Special: The Verdict! Purges all helpful effects from target opponent and copies all with duration refreshed.
Passive: Merlin' teachings. On turn start, 20% chance to fill speed meter by 20% or reduce cooldowns by 1.
Leader: One rule. When a "The Sword in the Stone" teammate gains a helpful effect, spreads it to adjacent teammate. This will not spread taunt and invincibility.
