Golden Hammer Description Misleading

The golden hammer description says "revive a defeated teammate", which is misleading. It's hard to tell if it means target or random defeated teammate. What it actually does is revives a random defeated teammate.
This causes issues because you have to invest assets to initially unlock it and see how it actually works. It's frustrating for the player to waste assets buying something that isn't useful because it's not what they expected.
If the description was changed to "revive a random defeated teammate," it would ensure there would be no misinterpretation between random and target defeated teammate.

Is it actually random?  I thought I heard in one of the videos that it revived in the order that team mates were defeated.  So the one who died first is always revived?
