Robin Hood Abilty - Roguish Rally Level 2 not working as expected.

The Roguish Rally ability Level 2 should add "Increase duration of 1 random Helpful effect by 1 on each affected teammate. It is not working. When I use it, it just does the normal Level 1 which is the "Guaranteed Critical to target teammate and all flanking teammates", and nothing else. There is NO change in the ability from Level 1 to Level 2. Please Fix it!
