I purchased the VIP status but I am not receiving the +10 energy with refresh. Who do I need to talk to it feels like I'm getting short changed. And something tells me that typing all of this is for nothing because other people have complained and the problem is still there. I wonder if this forum is even looked at and the complaints escalated to the proper people of if this is just someone's way of letting everyone have a way to  vent and think we're getting what we need.

There is no bug here. The plus 10 energy refresh you are getting because it's usually 110.  Yours is 120.

Correct if you buy the gem refresh you'll get 120 instead of 110 what you are looking at is the 1 energy regen rate not the refresh.
