Event Tokens Bug

Whenever there is an event and you get past the first level it says that you have a chance to get more that one token per win. Like how the third level says 1-3 tokens. But I always get just 1 token. I know it isnt my luck because that it happens every time. Is is a known bug or is my account broken. It makes it very hard to play events to earn my favorite characters. Please fix it
