Cannot request or donate Hex Dust, Ward Dust, or Tiny Nightsky Broom

Submitted as a bug a month ago in game, and they ignored me because I didnt send screenshots of a missing button. I cant show you the absence of a thing. Re-submitted today to receive an answer as though we are all dumb and dont know how to request or donate anything.

The items Hex Dust (t2) "Improves Potency when enchanted onto a Chatacter"
Ward Dust (t2) "Improves Tenacity when enchanted onto a Character"
& Tiny Nightsky Broom (t3) Sweeps Hex or Ward Dust together to create Hex or Ward Powder"

CANNOT BE ASKED FOR DONATION. Ongoing over a month.
