Massive Ion Blast and evasion

Shouldn't this skill consume all enemies evasion? It hits everyone and bypasses their evasion.

Yes, I've been on the receiving end of this, and my evades didn't do naff all, which is frustrating since most of Zurgs kit pretty much nullified evasion anyway, you would hope this big whallop of damage at least could be avoided.

Same thing for Elsa's 'the bridge' skill. Surpasses evasion.
