Sorcerers tournment is broken

In the middle of a Sorcerers tournment battle it goes to a purple screen and acts like it is loading then when I get back into the battle it won't let me press any skills and the character's only use their basic skills and this has cost me a lot of matches and is ruining the game for me is there any fix for this
