Cannot log onto the game! Who can I contact or get help from?

For past few hours have tried everything - logging off and off, closing all apps and rebooting, trying to access with WiFi and even without WiFi by hotspot, restarting my WiFi & CANNOT get into the game. My WiFi, internet, cable is all working and this is the only game I can’t access. Really frustrated because I do often have trouble getting on but this is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Have others experienced this? Is there anything I’m missing or can do?? With conquest today would really like to get onto the game. My Disney game ID is 879F B5F1. If anyone from the game can reach out to me or check my count I would really appreciate it!!!!!
