Forfeiting in PvP

I know someone has posted this back in August but I’d like to reinforce that this needs to be dealt with.
There have been a number of times when I am a hair’s-breadth from beating my opponent’s last character (a swipe from a fly would do it) just to have them forfeit at the last minute - for which I get no credit. I understand that it’s a nuisance if someone is stalling but to have all your rewards not awarded is really rather unfair.
