Anna Counter percent question.

Anna is supposed to have 25% chance to counter if Elsa gets damage. Seems like its more like 90% chance, because I have matches where it seems it activates every time. Any plans to fix this?

I agree, and it is only the teams I play against. My Anna doesn't counter nearly the same and maybe get 1 assistance per match while the opponent gets an assist almost every time!! There is definitely a problem!!
