Prince Eric's Maritime melody not working properly

Hi, I've ran multiple time with Prince Eric an issue after he use Maritime melody. It seems that critical immunity almost never work. Maritime melody doesn't seems to prevent any critical attack from enemies like it should. It happens in PVP, in tower, the donjon as for what I have encountered.
