Donald Duck's Leadership Ability Doesn't Work

Donald's LVL 2 ability that grants ducks characters a 10% chance to counter when they take damage doesn't work. After 10 matches with a full Duck team it hasn't triggered a single time.
Also, Speed and feeding speed meter is a terrible metric and needs balancing, but you know that already.
