Stitch tower error. Failure to load assets

Climbing the second tower and I ran into an issue where level II-c does not load correctly. I’ve attached a photo below. Furthermore attempting to fix the error causes a loss of tower energy, as each attempt takes 10 tower energy even though it does not let me attempt the level. I believe I attempted 5-6 times after various attempts to restart both the app and the iPhone. Any help or remuneration would be appreciated.
