Email of possible sweepstakes winner scam?

Hello! A person named Josh Sugnet from Glu Mobile Inc sent me an email saying I had potentially been selected as a winner for a sweepstakes. Is this a thing for you guys or should I wrap it up as a scam? dse_na2@docusign.net is the email he used and it's an affidavit and release of liability.
