Pocahontas Spirit of the Deer Passive Ability Glitched - Paid For This Character :(

Hello,
I think Pocahontas' passive ability is glitched. I've been playing with this character for a few months, and Spirit of the Deer only activates on battle start, and never on turn start, even though the ability states it should activate at some point during the battle. There's also an indicated charge meter on the ability.
Please fix this, Pocahontas is my favorite character, and I paid for this character expecting this ability to work appropriately! Thank you!
