Collection menu error on Sorcerer's Arena

When I log into sorcerer's Arena, a notification pops up saying I have collected enough enchanted gear to combine into a more powerful piece. A arrow leads me to the collection menu but as soon as I enter it, the entire thing freezes in place. The game doesn't allow me to ignore or bypass these notifications and I've reinstalled 
and Uninstalled the game 8 times. The issue still proceeds.
