Game Crashes whenever I start a battle

For the last few weeks I have been getting persistent crashes whenever I engage in battle that is not Auto Completed.
The only exception to this is PVP, Sorceror's Tower and the Expedition.
I can't battle in campaigns, limited events or towers. This is occurring on both my PC emulator as well as my phone. I have reinstalled the game and emulator twice as well as done the same on my phone bu thte issue is persisting.
I can normally tolerate some occasional crashes but this is persistent and occurring at the same time, all the time, which is making my account progess impossible.
Not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue in the last few weeks.
