Onward Event

I just jumped on the game last night. I had some credits to get the season pass for Onward. How come there are no other Barley tokens? I'm 13 away and I can't find them except in the Pixie event and you need him to play the event? Is this how events are normally going to run? The only reason I spent those credits were for the Onward characters.

    You need Ian to do event missions that unlock Barley.
