[PROGRESSION STOPPER] Selecting to claim 'watch an ad' reward will start a loading loop

The following issue has being happening to me all the time, so I think it is an actual bug.
Everythime I finish the 'Daily Quests' and claim the reward for it (the one at the top of the screen) and then right after I press to claim a 'watch an ad' I get stuck in a loading screen. i have only waited five minutes, but I assume more than five minutes can already be considered a likely infinite loop. There are no workaround for this exept to close the game and restart it.
Reproduction Rate: 3/3
OS: Android
Location: Brazil
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Finish and claim all Daily Quests except the 'watch an ad' one
2. Claim the reward for finish all quests (located on the top right of the screen)
3. Immediately after press 'claim' fot the 'watch an ad' quest
4. Notice the loading doesn't end and player is unable to cancel the action unless they close the game
Please let me know if any other info is necessary
